Tandem is a workforce platform designed specifically for licensed child care programs. They build and maintain pools of vetted, state-compliant substitutes that centers can book on demand for planned absences, call-outs, and ongoing staffing gaps.
Tandem also supports long-term workforce stability through data insights, training, and permanent hiring pathways.
