ELCIRMO has partnered with Tandem to strengthen staffing stability for child care programs across our counties.
Tandem is a workforce platform designed specifically for licensed child care programs. They build and maintain pools of vetted, state-compliant substitutes. Providers can book substitutes on demand for planned absences, calls outs, and ongoing staffing gaps.
