ELCIRMO offers subsidized child care assistance and programs and is responsible for the planning and implementation of school readiness and voluntary pre-kindergarten services in Indian River, Martin and Okeechobee counties. In addition to providing financial assistance for families, we offer support, training and resources to community providers through the School Readiness, VPK and Resource & Referral programs.
